x365 Fitness was featured in KSL’s article “Beyond COVID-19: How to Reboot your Fitness Goals”. The article features one of our members as she speaks about her fitness journey with x365 Fitness during the pandemic.
Nick Olsen is the owner of X-365 Fitness in Sugar House, Utah. He was pleased to hear that the state’s economy would be allowed to reopen, including gyms like his, as early as May 1. He said he has lost about $40,000 in business due to the closure caused by COVID-19. He is excited to reopen and plans to call all of his members and trainers to let them know.
Nick Olsen is the owner of X365 Fitness Main and a performance coach. He believes in using mindfulness and self-awareness to take control of one’s life. He offers five tips for doing this, including focusing on what you can control, surrendering to your reality, understanding and respecting your priorities, practicing compassion towards yourself, and creating weekly habits of journaling and action planning.
