Cameron is a NASM certified personal trainer and nutritionist with over five years of experience specializing in strength training, sports specific training, and mobility/rehabilitation work. His mission is to teach clients how to effectively implement healthy habits to improve their overall quality of life by creating specific programs tailored to their goals. Cameron believes in the power of knowledge and regularly conducts follow up discussions with clients regarding nutrition, supplementation, and progress. In addition to training, Cameron enjoys powerlifting, hiking, mountain biking, and holds a black belt in Tae Kwon Do.
I got certified as a Personal Trainer and Fitness Professional over 8 years ago. I specialize primarily in strengthening and conditioning with clients of all ages. I am ISSA Certified and formerly owned Custom Fitness Personal Training. I am ardently passionate about helping live a long and healthy lifestyle.

Living an active lifestyle has always been very important to me. I’ve played various sports both competitively and recreationally and enjoy outdoor activities such as skiing, wakeboarding and hiking. I enjoy running Ragnar relay races with my wife Nicole as well.
In 2010 while I was in school for exercise physiology, I got certified as a personal trainer through NASM and have since also certified through NESTA. I am also a NASM fitness nutrition specialist and am currently studying with Precision Nutrition to further my education and become a certified Precision Nutrition Coach. I’m constantly looking for new opportunities to increase my knowledge.
I specialize, along Nicole, in contest prep for bikini, figure and physique competitors, sports performance and conditioning weight loss, and general health and fitness.
