Training Sessions

50-minute personalized training sessions

30-minute personalized training session

30-minute group fitness class, three times per week

Customized Class Levels

Classes are designed for three levels, beginner to advanced. Each class can be customized to the group and individual needs and abilities.

Group Fitness Class

Gather together with a group of friends and neighbors, and we will schedule a class specifically for you. Class size limited to eight.
